Yet all rooms are on long-dated lease. As soon as we can offer you bed and breakfast again, we shall apprise you right here.

There are four rooms available:
- Kleines Zimmer,
- Sonnenzimmer,
- Rosenzimmer and
- Balkonzimmer.
All soles are inlaid with
light, laminated flooring.
Kleines Zimmer as well as
Balkonzimmer are on lease for the longer term.
The
Sonnenzimmer (on the right) is equipped with
two beds, one coffee table, one capacious writing desk and
a wardrobe as well as with an upright chair and an arm chair.
All furniture and curtains are yellow or made of light woods.
Cable TV is included; phone and ISDN can be ordered at an
additional fee if staying for the longer term.
The Rosenzimmer (on the left)
is bright, too, although it is equipped with valuable country
furniture made of oaks. There are twin beds (king-size), a spacious
wardrobe, a sizable table with chairs, one bookshelf, a chest
of drawers and two arm chairs.
Cable TV is included; phone and ISDN can be ordered at an
additional fee if staying for the longer term.
The bathroom and the
kitchen are used by no more than four other persons.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen: You can select from tea/coffee/juice, bread/rolls; cheese, wurst, honey and jam are included. You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and percolator.
Leydenallee is a groomed,
petite avenue edged with old limes and chestnut trees.
It is a calm yet centrical street.
One can walk to Schloßstraße - Berlin's
second largest shopping promenade - in about 12 minutes;
traffic junction Rathaus Steglitz with prolific public
transport is about 10 minutes away. Next bus stop Breite
Straße / Ecke Albrechtstraße will be reached
within 4 minutes.
Thence it takes another 6 minutes to Dahlem (Freie
Universität) by bus. Western centre of Berlin (Bahnhof
Zoo - Kurfürstendamm, Gedächtniskirche) can
be achieved by underground U9 from Rathaus Steglitz in 10 minutes.
There also suburban train S1 operates: One will
reach eastern centre of Berlin (Unter den Linden -
Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Humboldt-Universität)
in about 18 minutes and popular Botanische Garten
(botanical gardens) within 2 minutes.
We would like to assist you in finding out how to achieve
your arrival points.
If travelling by car you are welcome to park it in our yard.
